Project Sales Representative-Infrastructure

Overview

Project Sales Representative for Infrastructure, responsible for achieving sales and profit goals across multiple states under a Regional Sales Manager.

What you'll do

• Achieve sales and profit goals for Sika infrastructure products in the assigned territory.
• Grow regional sales and market share by expanding relationships with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, DOTs, and distributors.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify opportunities and close projects.
• Maintain and secure product approvals with state DOTs across the assigned region.
• Provide on-site technical support, installation guidance, and troubleshooting with coordination from technical services teams.
• Monitor market conditions, industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity and recommend actions to support sales objectives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or a related field.
• BS degree minimum with relevant experience a plus.
• Proven track record for construction chemical sales on infrastructure projects and with relevant distribution houses.
• Ability to work with sales teams in different states to achieve goals.
• Proven skills and traits to work in teams and foster relationships to achieve business targets.
• Ability to represent the company at industry trade shows, associations, and networking events.
