Overview

Sales Representative for vegetable seeds covering southern Poland (Małopolskie, Śląskie, Opolskie). You will support ground vegetable producers with sales plans, agronomic advice, training, and field trials for new varieties.

What you'll do

• Drive and implement sales targets through active sales planning and market monitoring.
• Maximize sales performance and market share within the assigned territory.
• Provide agronomic advisory support to help producers choose the best Syngenta vegetable seed varieties.
• Organize trainings, meetings with producers, and field demonstrations showcasing technologies.
• Coordinate and oversee implementation trials of new vegetable varieties directly in producers’ fields.
• Collaborate with the company’s marketing team, technical support, and other departments.

What you'll need

• Hold a university degree in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field.
• Have practical knowledge of the agricultural/horticultural industry.
• Demonstrate knowledge of agronomy covering vegetable seeds and plant protection.
• Be willing for mobile/field work and have a valid Category B driving license.
• Have a communicative level of English for internal company contacts.
• Be able to use MS Office.
