Python Coding Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Overview

Freelance AI trainer role to evaluate and improve a large language model's Python coding and software engineering reasoning, documenting failure modes to strengthen model reasoning.

What you'll do

• Converse with the model on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios using Python.
• Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency of model outputs.
• Assess code quality and clarity.
• Capture reproducible error traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Challenge the model on asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.
• Document every failure mode so model reasoning can be hardened.

What you'll need

• Fluency in Python.
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
• Clear, metacognitive communication, "showing your work".

Nice to have

• A bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Real-world Python experience.
• Technical writing or open-source contributions.
