Quality and Manufacturing Tools Coordinator- Tires

Overview

Coordinate quality processes and manufacturing tools for tires, integrating quality into production systems and driving compliance, continuous improvement, and structured problem solving.

What you'll do

• Integrate quality processes with manufacturing systems and ensure the use of quality tools.
• Ensure quality and manufacturing systems are deployed and executed according to company procedures.
• Coordinate continuous improvement actions using integrated manufacturing suite systems.
• Support testing and validation of manufacturing business processes (BATs).
• Implement and maintain manufacturing systems/processes that meet quality objectives.
• Coordinate Structure Problem Solving activities and root cause analysis follow-through.
• Support customer claim investigations and develop corrective/preventive action plans.

What you'll need

• Have at least 5 years of experience in quality management in the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of relevant processes and their impact on product performance.
• Have deep knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and QA.
• Possess expert knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
• Have expert knowledge of manufacturing systems and SPS methodologies/tools (including Lessons Learned).
• Have training skills and advanced English proficiency.
• Be proficient in advanced Microsoft Office and have project management experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of rubber manufacturing is a plus.
