Quality Assurance and Product Operations Expert

Overview

Own end-to-end Quality Assurance and test automation while also acting as a product expert and key user to support product operations and workflow improvements for Digital Poster solutions.

What you'll do

• Translate requirements and development tickets into structured test plans.
• Define QA scope and report testing progress and results to Product Management and Development.
• Validate new features, updates, and product improvements against acceptance criteria.
• Design and execute test cases and build and maintain automated tests.
• Perform integration, system, endpoint, and load testing; manage defects through resolution using Jira.
• Act as first point of contact for display, technical installation, and connected control application issues.
• Support and coordinate technical execution of Digital Poster and Digital Signage event setups.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a product-related role.
• Strong experience in product testing and software quality assurance.
• Ability to execute testing across full stack, including backend, mobile, and web applications.
• Basic coding and scripting skills are a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for an international team.
• English is required; additional languages are a plus.
