Quality Manager

Overview

Quality Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and controlling quality initiatives and QMS requirements, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

What you'll do

• Participate in the Sika SAFE program and support a safe, clean work environment.
• Coordinate quality-related and customer satisfaction programs to meet corporate objectives.
• Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Policy program to set quality goals and objectives.
• Monitor and report ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality performance using statistical analysis tools.
• Manage the Marion Quality Department and provide technical assistance for quality control procedures and systems.
• Lead root cause analysis and ensure corrective and preventive actions support continuous improvement.
• Use quality techniques to improve process capabilities and support customer complaint processes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related major.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Manager in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with product quality requirements for automotive manufacturer customers.
• Ability to facilitate or coordinate training in continuous improvement activities.

Details

• Work is performed under the supervision of the Director of Quality.
• May include other activities as assigned.
