Regional Sales Manager

Overview

Regional Sales Manager responsible for sales execution, promotion and merchandising standards, ROI evaluation, business reviews, and building local relationships across regional chain/banners/divisions.

What you'll do

• Execute distribution on priority packages aligned to channel strategy recommendations.
• Recommend pricing programs and key accounts prices aligned with national standards and target price ranges.
• Develop annual promotion schedules and ensure promotions include effective POS and incremental displays.
• Customize sales pitches and merchandising to achieve account goals and meet channel strategy guidelines.
• Manage regional compliance with annual customer marketing agreements and manage T&E spending to assigned budget.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and share examples and energy insights to drive change in practices.
• Maintain communication and routinely visit distributor partners to support program implementation.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years of Sales and Key Account experience with a strong track record of success.
• Prefer experience in beverage, CPG, FMCG, or a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operation.
• Experience in chains across multiple channels (grocery and/or convenience preferred).
• Strong analytical skills using internal and external data sources.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and an innovative, solution-oriented mindset.
• Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Details

• Base salary range: $92,000 - $138,000 + cash incentives.
• Eligibility required for U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or valid U.S. work authorization on a valid visa.
