Regional Sales Manager

Overview

Regional Sales Manager responsible for managing regional/divisional/banner account distribution, promotions, and performance, while developing relationships with local distributor partners and guiding business reviews.

What you'll do

• Execute distribution on priority packages following HQ sales recommendations.
• Ensure regional schematics match company standards and HQ directives for flow and package mix.
• Sell the Optimum Price program using best practices and available tools.
• Develop annual promotion schedules aligned with HQ goals and ensure promotions include POS and incremental displays.
• Customize sales pitches and evaluate ROI before recommending POS or customized solutions.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide Energy Insights to improve promotion, price, or display practices.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of sales and key account experience in beverage, CPG, or FMCG industries, or within a direct store delivery operation.
• Experience working across multiple retail channels (e.g., grocery and convenience).
• Experience using internal and external data sources (e.g., IRI).
• Negotiation experience.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or experience in lieu of a degree.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.
