Reporting, SQL - Sr Business Analyst - GR - 40207-74077-1

Overview

Senior Business Analyst supporting data-intensive healthcare reporting. You will analyze large datasets (claims, utilization, provider performance), produce standardized and ad hoc reports, and drive reporting automation to improve turnaround time and consistency.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain databases to track business performance.
• Analyze data and summarize performance using statistical procedures.
• Develop and analyze business performance reports for claims, provider, and utilization data.
• Create and publish periodic and ad hoc reports.
• Leverage Business Objects and other tools to semi-automate and automate reports.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly SQL-based reports and compile findings with probable causes and possible solutions.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of any combination of education and experience suitable for a Senior Business Analyst role.
• Prefer BA/BS degree (or equivalent via education and experience).
• SQL query proficiency; SQL certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of relational database structures and standard query/reporting tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
