Sale Executive - East

Overview

Sales Executive for the Crop Protection (CP) Sales team, responsible for driving demand for the Syngenta CP portfolio within an assigned geography.

What you'll do

• Build customer relationships and generate interest for the CP portfolio in the assigned geography.
• Develop a sales plan to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market trends to identify data-driven growth opportunities.
• Complete product forecasting and meet annual crop protection sales targets.
• Develop and implement local field marketing plans.
• Use discovery skills to understand retailer and grower needs and develop retailer business plans.
• Deliver and reconcile retailer programs/segmented offers and communicate portfolio value.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience in the Agriculture industry or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture.
• Understanding of financial analysis and general business practices.
• Good command in Thai speaking and writing.
• Strategic influencing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent project management skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Good understanding of marketing principles, marketing plan development, and brand strategies.
• Clear, effective decision-making with a data-driven approach.
• Good interpersonal skills to engage with clients/growers/dealers/retailers.
