Sales Development Representative

Overview

Sales Development Representative supporting the Business Development team across the sales process to identify targets, contact prospects, and create opportunities, working closely with Account Executives in the US region.

What you'll do

• Identify and hunt prospects using inbound and outbound prospecting motions.
• Complete daily volume of calls and emails to prospects in the territory.
• Call and email new prospects and develop business relationships.
• Act as the first in-depth point of contact for prospective partners and customers.
• Provide product information and communicate the company value proposition.
• Secure an assigned number of sales appointments (webinars, in-person meetings, and events).
• Document all calls and email activities in the CRM system.

What you'll need

• 1-4 years of Sales/Business Development experience with B2B corporate sales experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) with a passion for technology.
• Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership as a self-starter.
• Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity.
• Ability to develop relationships over the phone.
• Organised, articulate, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-changing environment.
• Data-driven, results-oriented, and collaborative team player.
