Sales Development Representative

Overview

Sales Development Representative role focused on the early sales cycle, prospecting, and creating opportunities for the business development team.

What you'll do

• Identify and hunt prospects through inbound motion and prospecting.
• Complete a daily volume of calls and emails to prospects in the territory.
• Serve as the first in-depth point of contact for prospective partners and customers.
• Provide product information to prospective customers.
• Secure an assigned number of sales appointments (webinars, in-person meetings, event participation, etc.).
• Document all call and email activities in the CRM system.

What you'll need

• Have 5 months to 2 years of Sales/Business Development experience with B2B corporate sales experience.
• Be fluent in English (written and spoken) and have a passion for technology.
• Show strong initiative and personal leadership as a self-starter.
• Have strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity.
• Be able to develop relationships over the phone.
• Be organized, articulate, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Details

• Remote position, but candidate must be based in Mumbai.
• Reports to the Manager of Business Development.
