Sales Representative – Telehealth (Patient Conversion)

Overview

Sales Representative for telehealth patient conversion, owning the end-to-end journey from first touch to scheduled calls.

What you'll do

• Convert warm inbound leads.
• Conduct outbound calls to re-engage cold or inactive leads.
• Run structured outbound outreach campaigns to potential patients.
• Engage patients via phone, SMS, chat, and email.
• Educate patients using approved, non-clinical messaging.
• Handle objections with empathy and confidence.
• Maintain CRM documentation and track conversion/activity KPIs.

What you'll need

• Have 3+ years of sales experience (inside sales, telesales, or high-ticket sales).
• Have proven remote sales experience.
• Be comfortable making 50+ calls per day when needed.
• Communicate professionally in English.
• Be comfortable working U.S. business hours.
• Be proficient with CRM systems, Slack, Dialpad, and spreadsheets.
