Sales Trainee

Overview

The Sales Trainee (ST) role is a training position that can lead to interviews for open Account Sales Manager (ASM) roles after successful program participation.

What you'll do

• Learn the basics of Red Bull, including the brand and products.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand with proper product rotation and brand flow.
• Communicate with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.
• Prepare and use tools to execute the daily plan.
• Support in-route execution and meet daily KPIs for sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Support off-route activities such as audits, blitzes, display building, and merchandising.

What you'll need

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of a DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.

Details

• At-will position that can be terminated by the company or employee at any time.
• May remain in the ST role up to 12 months (or until an ASM/other qualified role is available), with possible extension by an additional 6 months for continued high performance and no open roles.
