Sales Trainee

Overview

Sales Trainee is a training role that can lead to interviewing for open Account Sales Manager (ASM) positions after successful completion, certification, and meeting performance standards.

What you'll do

• Learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, brand, and products.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation.
• Set proper brand flow following Red Bull standards.
• Establish and maintain friendly, professional customer relationships to increase sales.
• Obtain daily execution tools such as insights, displays, Point of Sale, and pricing.
• Support in-route execution by covering ASM routes as needed and meeting daily KPIs.
• Support off-route efforts with audits, blitzes, display building, and merchandising.

What you'll need

• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Details

• Base salary range: $19.95 to $22.05 per hourly (actual offer may vary by work experience).
• At-will position; employment can be terminated at any time, for any reason or no reason at all.
• ST role may continue up to 12 months (or up to an additional 6 months for an exception).
