Sales Trainee

Overview

Sales Trainee (ST) is a training role that can lead to interviews for Account Sales Manager (ASM) roles after successful training and program completion/certification.

What you’ll do

• Learn Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including brand and products.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation.
• Set brand flow and follow Red Bull standards.
• Establish and maintain friendly, professional customer relationships to increase sales.
• Prepare daily by obtaining tools such as insights, displays, Point of Sale, and pricing to execute the plan.
• Support in-route execution by covering ASM routes as needed and meeting daily KPI areas.

What you’ll need

• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.
• Train with ASMs in route support and communicate with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.

Details

• At-will position: employment relationship can be terminated at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause.
• May remain in the ST role up to 12 months (or up to an additional 6 months in an exception case), or until an ASM/qualified role is available.
• If no promotion occurs before the end of the 12-month completion period, the ST role will be vacated unless an exception applies.
