Sales Trainee

Overview

The Sales Trainee (ST) is a training role that can lead to an interview for open Account Sales Manager (ASM) roles after successful program completion. The ST may remain up to 12 months (or until an ASM/qualified role is available), with possible extension for exceptions based on performance.

What you'll do

• Learn the basics of the brand and Red Bull Distribution Company.
• Build and protect the brand through proper product rotation.
• Execute daily preparation using tools like insights, displays, and Point of Sale.
• Communicate daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs.
• Meet daily KPI areas including sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Support in-route and off-route activities including audits, blitzes, and display/merchandising support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid US Driver’s License and obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Have experience in customer service and sales (plus).
• Be able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Speak English; additional languages are an advantage.

Details

• At-will position: employment may be terminated by the company or the ST at any time for any reason or no reason.
• Base salary range: $21.62 to $23.96 per hour.
