Sales Trainee

Overview

Sales Trainee (ST) is a training role that progresses toward potential Account Sales Manager (ASM) interviews based on successful training and certification.

What you'll do

• Learn sales basics, including the Red Bull brand and distribution company operations.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation.
• Set proper brand flow following Red Bull standards.
• Establish and maintain friendly, professional customer relationships to increase sales.
• Prepare daily tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, Pricing) to execute the daily plan.
• Support on-route and off-route execution, including audits, blitzes, and merchandising.

What you'll need

• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.

Details

• At-will position; either the Company or ST can terminate employment at any time.
• ST role eligibility to interview for open ASM roles after successful training.
• ST may remain up to 12 months or until an ASM/qualified role is available (whichever comes first).
• Certification and performance can allow a potential additional 6-month extension if an exception applies.
• Base salary range: $19.38 to $29.08 hourly.
