Sales Trainee

Overview

Sales Trainee is a training role with a defined program that can lead to interviews for Account Sales Manager roles and potential continuation based on performance and availability.

What you'll do

• Learn the basics of the company, distribution, brand, and products.
• Build and protect the brand through proper product rotation.
• Maintain brand flow using Red Bull standards.
• Establish and maintain professional customer relationships to increase sales.
• Prepare with tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, pricing) to execute the daily plan.
• Meet daily KPIs covering sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Support in-route and off-route execution through route coverage, audits, blitzes, and merchandising.

What you'll need

• Training participation leading to eligibility to interview for open ASM roles.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtaining a DOT Medical card.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.

Details

• At-will position where either party may terminate employment at any time, for any reason or no reason.
• May remain in the trainee role up to 12 months (or until an ASM/qualified role is available), with potential extension of an additional 6 months under certain conditions.
