Job Description

Overview

Sales Trainee (ST) is a training role with a program that may lead to interviews for Account Sales Manager (ASM) roles, followed by certification and performance-based assignment continuity.

What you'll do

Learn the basics of Red Bull and the Distribution Company, including brand and products.
Build and help protect the brand through proper product rotation and brand flow.
Establish and maintain friendly, professional customer relationships to increase sales.
Prepare daily using tools such as insights, displays, Point of Sale, and pricing.
Communicate with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities and train with ASMs in route support.
Meet daily KPIs across sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new accounts, and merchandising.
Support audits, blitzes, display building, and merchandising to drive sales.

What you'll need

Be validly licensed with a US Driver’s License and obtain a DOT Medical card.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Have experience in customer service and sales (a plus).
Be able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
