Sales Trainee

Overview

Sales Trainee (ST) is a training role with a program intended to qualify you to interview for Account Sales Manager (ASM) roles. You may remain in the ST role up to 12 months (or longer with an exception) while meeting performance standards.

What you'll do

• Learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including the brand and products.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow.
• Increase sales by establishing and maintaining friendly, professional customer relationships.
• Prepare daily by obtaining tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, pricing, etc.) to execute the plan.
• Communicate daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs and train with ASMs in route support.
• Support the sales business by covering ASM routes, meeting daily KPI areas, and assisting with audits, blitzes, and merchandising.

What you'll need

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.
