Sales Trainee

Overview

Sales Trainee responsible for managing Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts, supporting senior sales managers on routes, and driving sales performance across KPIs.

What you'll do

• Manage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts.
• Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to increase sales and selling space.
• Protect the brand via proper rotation and brand flow per Red Bull standards.
• Train with senior Account Sales Managers and cover their routes when needed.
• Evaluate competitor activities and communicate updates to the District Sales Manager.
• Meet monthly KPIs across sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.

What you'll need

• Preferred prior sales experience.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods or retail is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of the beverage market is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; university/college experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good mathematical and organizational skills.
• Current driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate forklift and commercial vehicles.
