Salesforce Engineer

Overview

Salesforce Engineer role focused on designing, developing, and improving software capabilities for customers and colleagues.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using agreed languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and devise solution strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Apply secure coding practices and unit testing to protect sensitive data and improve reliability.
• Lead decision support and operational effectiveness contributions, including risk mitigation and strengthening controls.

What you'll need

• Experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration build.
• Experience with Salesforce administration (workflow, lightning flow, sharing settings, users roles/profiles).
• Experience configuring/customizing Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
• Experience delivering solutions in a DevOps environment with automated testing and deployment via Jenkins (or similar tools).
• Knowledge to monitor and troubleshoot production and non-production environments.
• Experience with Agile ways of working, continuous improvements, and process automation.
