Overview

Senior QA Engineer II role on the Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud) for CarelonRx, working independently to deliver project requirements through to closure.

What you'll do

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement test strategy accordingly.
• Lead reviews of testing scenarios with the business, communicating effectively.
• Write test cases and execute them.
• Perform requirements analysis.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Document and communicate results of testing efforts and discuss them with the team.
• Gather critical information from meetings with stakeholders and produce useful reports.
• Work closely with clients, technicians and managerial staff to ensure project delivery is not compromised.
• When issues are reported by the business, analyze available data, find the root cause and provide users with progress updates.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical team on solutioning to solve business problems.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering stream (preferred: CSE, IT, ECE), or MCA.
• 4-5+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform and supporting multiple projects as a Quality Analyst.
• Good hands-on Salesforce technology experience.
• Good knowledge of the Qtest process, manual functional and API testing methodology.
• Good knowledge of writing test cases and test case execution.
• Good testing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams; SAFe Agile knowledge.
• Strong testing skills and efficient analysis of business requirements.
• JIRA, Qtest, and good communication skills.
• Good understanding of application architectural concepts and a strategic mindset toward innovation and process improvement.

• Exposure to automation skills.

• Healthcare experience or knowledge.
