Salesforce Senior Solution Consultant: Business Analyst

Overview

Lead Salesforce solution architecture across presales and delivery, shaping complex federal engagements and aligning technical strategies with business and mission outcomes.

What you'll do

• Shape, scope, and align complex Salesforce engagements.
• Review and correct project direction, approaches, and key artifacts.
• Define program visions and articulate project strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions and define business requirements.
• Document business processes and wireframe system designs.
• Identify and manage risks through resolution.
• Advise customers and colleagues on emerging technologies and best practices.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent substituted relevant experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy.
• Experience writing user stories and detailed system and functional designs.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

• Active Secret or higher-level security clearance.
• Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions or Agentforce Public Sector.
• Hands-on experience with Omni Studio.

Details

• Remote within the United States.
• Travel required up to 10%; selected candidates may travel up to 25%.
• Annual salary: $106,000–$176,000.
