Scrum Master 4B

Overview

Scrum Master role leading and facilitating an Agile scrum team to deliver sprints and releases successfully within Genpact's Technology Delivery Management practice.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with, facilitate and lead the scrum team to overcome obstacles and realize success throughout the life of each sprint
• Organize and facilitate the sprint planning meeting
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, demos and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper use of the adaptation process
• Plan and prioritize sprints and releases
• Conduct scrum ceremonies per the sprint/release cadence, including epic grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and sprint demonstrations
• Facilitate sprint review and coach and mentor team members on Scrum principles and practices
• Track sprints and provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Perform compliance and audit checks to keep the accuracy of inputs on Azure DevBoards in check
• Coordinate across teams and resolve issues
• Remove impediments to the team's progress
• Work collaboratively with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver work effectively
• Track and report project progress using Agile tools and metrics
• Continuously improve team dynamics, processes and performance

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, Personal Effectiveness, Project Management, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Storytelling
• Excellent communication and written skills
• English language proficiency at C2 (proficient)
