Overview

Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets business requirements and performance goals, and transition cloud security controls into managed operations.

What you'll do

• Define the cloud security framework and architecture aligned with business requirements and performance goals.
• Document the implementation of cloud security controls and transition them to cloud security-managed operations.
• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute on key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure and services.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align on security objectives.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
• Continuously assess emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
• Must have: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
• Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of security controls, risk management, and compliance standards related to cloud environments.
• Ability to document complex security processes and translate technical requirements into operational procedures.
• Skilled in coordinating with diverse teams to integrate security solutions across multiple platforms.
• Expertise in evaluating security technologies and recommending improvements to enhance system resilience.
• 15 years full time education is required.
