Senior AI Engineer

Overview

Design and implement generative AI solutions across use cases including image generation, text generation, and creative content synthesis.

What you'll do

• Design and implement generative AI solutions.
• Apply generative AI techniques to diverse use cases.
• Develop prompt engineering and fine-tuning solutions.
• Build agentic AI solutions using multi-agent orchestration and memory concepts.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions on Azure.
• Design scalable, reliable, and cost-effective AI architectures.
• Optimize AI solution performance.

What you'll need

• 4 to 16 years of overall experience.
• 2 to 3 years of experience designing and implementing generative AI solutions.
• 7 or more years of experience with Python.
• 5 or more years of software development experience.
• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, agentic frameworks, and GenAI SDKs.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and containerized solutions with Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Autogen, LangGraph, MS Agent SDK, A2A, MCP, A2P, and multi-agent orchestration.
