Overview

Senior AI Engineer to lead technical vision and delivery within a technology transformation initiative, architecting and deploying cloud-native, scalable AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy complex AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Design, test, and refine prompts and contextual data frameworks for agent accuracy and reliability.
• Identify, prototype, and integrate foundational models, RAG techniques, and agentic frameworks.
• Engineer and operate production AI systems on Google Cloud Platform.
• Establish MLOps best practices for reliability, versioning, monitoring, and observability of AI agents.
• Partner with product leaders, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Define engineering metrics (SLA/SLO/SLI) and ensure DevSecOps and FinOps compliance best practices.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in software engineering with a track record of technical leadership and shipping complex systems.
• 1+ years in a dedicated AI/ML role with experience in model integration and MLOps.
• 1+ years architecting and building solutions with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic AI frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform AI/ML services (e.g., Vertex AI).
• 3+ years leveraging Kubernetes workloads.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Java, plus working knowledge of a modern front-end framework (Angular/React/Vue).
• Hands-on experience with LLM observability tools like Langfuse.
