Senior AI/ML Engineer

Overview

Senior AI/ML Engineer designing, building, and deploying AI solutions focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycles from use case scoping and data exploration through deployment and performance optimization.
• Build data-centric AI pipelines for scalable text processing and data quality best practices.
• Architect GenAI systems covering retrieval, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and evaluation metrics.
• Manage LLM deployment as scalable inference endpoints, including LLMOps best practices and model CI/CD.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements and drive adoption through workshops.

What you'll need

• 3-6+ years of experience with data science.
• Experience with Python (TensorFlow, Keras, SciKit-Learn, PyTorch), SQL, and shell scripting.
• Data engineering experience across data cleansing, ETL/ELT pipelines, vector DBs, and relational/noSQL/warehouses.
• Generative AI experience in LLMs, prompt engineering, tuning, RAG, and LangChain.
• MLOps experience including Git, CI/CD pipelines, API development, Docker, deployment, retraining, monitoring, and model versioning.
• Google Cloud experience with Vertex AI, Document AI, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
