Senior Associate – GenAI and Agentic AI Engineer, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate role focused on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions, combining agent engineering with backend engineering for production-ready AI systems.

What you'll do

• Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain/Crew.ai/SK/Autogen and related frameworks.
• Develop and optimize RAG systems to improve information retrieval and response generation.
• Create evaluation frameworks to test agent performance and safety.
• Build monitoring and logging for agent behavior.
• Develop documentation and best practices for agent development.
• Contribute to improving agent architecture and capabilities.

What you'll need

• 4 to 7 years of required experience.
• Advanced Python programming with async programming and API development expertise.
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Solid understanding of safety principles and best practices.
• Experience with vector databases and embedding models.
• Knowledge of modern software development practices including Git, CI/CD, and testing.
