Overview

Senior Associate role focused on designing, developing, and deploying scalable Generative AI (GenAI) solutions using large language models and transformer architectures.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions using LLMs and open-source models.
• Fine-tune and customize foundation models using domain-specific datasets and techniques.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies for accurate, context-aware responses.
• Implement model pipelines using Python with PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers (and/or LangChain).
• Integrate GenAI into enterprise systems via APIs or custom interfaces.
• Evaluate model performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics and improve via iterative experimentation.

What you'll need

• 4 to 7 years of experience.
• Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Hands-on experience deploying solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficiency with orchestration frameworks like LangChain (or LangGraph mentioned).
• Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Ability to manage ML pipelines using MLflow or Weights & Biases.

Nice to have

• Experience in fine-tuning models.
• Experience with SLM (as stated).
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Prototyping with Streamlit/Gradio.
• Containerization/orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
