Overview

Senior Associate SRE / DevOps Engineer (Azure) in PwC's Advisory line of service, Operations Management specialism, to design, automate and run scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Azure Bicep.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and AKS.
• Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to improve platform reliability.
• Implement observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Lead production incident management, root cause analysis, and post-mortem activities.
• Ensure cloud security compliance through Azure RBAC, Key Vault, network security groups, and governance policies.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance, scalability, and operational excellence.

What you'll need

• Microsoft Azure experience with AKS, VMs, App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, VNet, and Load Balancer.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.
• Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker.
• Monitoring and observability with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Linux and Windows administration.
• PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Cloud networking and security.
• 4 to 10 years of experience required.
• Education: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA. Degrees/field of study required: MBA (Master of Business Administration), Bachelor of Technology.
• Required skill: React.js.
