Senior Data Analyst

Overview

Senior Data Analyst responsible for using data to drive performance and optimization across Business Banking within Barclays’ digital and commercial banking context.

What you'll do

• Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop pricing models for products and services to support profitability and competitiveness.
• Develop, implement, and manage financial solutions, services, and products for commercial banking needs.
• Monitor leading and lagging performance metrics such as client acquisition, loan volume, revenue, and market share.
• Optimize funnel and customer/service journey to improve service delivery and commercial performance.
• Map front-to-back journeys to identify funnel efficiencies and improvements.
• Lead and supervise a team and coordinate resources to deliver operational activities and results.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience with SAS.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Experience in data manipulation and business analysis.
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of applicable regulation and policies.
• Good commercial acumen with an analytical mindset.
