Senior Data Analyst

Overview

Senior Data Analyst leading analytics for oncology patient journey, line of therapy (LoT), and structured claims/patient data. You will turn large claims datasets into client-facing insights and support HEOR/HCRU analyses.

What you'll do

• Lead analytics projects for patient-journey and LoT mapping and brand analytics.
• Analyze structured claims and patient datasets including DRG, IQVIA, McKesson, and Symphony.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to assess treatment patterns, pathways, and utilization.
• Support HEOR/HCRU studies such as prevalence, burden, incidence, and cost-of-illness.
• Develop and present client-facing insights using dashboards, PowerPoint, and visual analytics.
• Build and optimize SQL queries and pipelines, using Excel and Python for automation and analysis.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, documentation, and reproducibility.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• 3+ years in relevant analytics roles.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electronics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, or related.
• Prior experience with structured datasets: DRG, Symphony, IQVIA, McKesson.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/life-science consulting or analytics agencies.
• Exposure to RWE sources including EHR/EMR and CMS datasets.
