Senior Data Scientist (Data Scientist III) role serving as a hands-on technical and business leader, shaping high-value Data Science and AI solutions across multiple business areas.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced data science and AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, support better decision-making, and create measurable business impact.
• Shape high-value Data Science and AI solutions across multiple business areas.
• Serve as a hands-on technical and business leader, remaining actively involved in solution architecture and complex technical delivery.
• Engage senior stakeholders and mentor others within a collaborative environment.
• Lead portfolio-level decision-making and work with emerging technologies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
• Typically 5-7+ years of progressive experience in data science, machine learning, AI or advanced analytics.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, statistical modeling, machine learning, solution architecture and cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated experience delivering production-grade data science or AI solutions with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of modern AI approaches including GenAI/LLMs, RAG, AI agents, graph technologies and evolving AI ecosystems.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business strategy into technical solutions.
• Strong commercial/business acumen and ability to prioritize based on value rather than technical novelty.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring and cross-functional influence.
