Senior DevOps Engineer(6+ years' experience in DevOps, AWS, Kubernetes and Docker)

Overview

Senior DevOps Engineer to build, operate and enhance highly available cloud-based platforms that support critical fintech solutions, streamlining software delivery and ensuring production stability.

What you'll do

• Design, implement and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure supporting business-critical applications and services.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and improve deployment reliability.
• Monitor production environments and proactively address performance, availability and capacity issues.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to improve platform architecture, operational readiness and release processes.
• Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure and cloud-related incidents across production environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management and operational workflows using Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Define, measure and support service level objectives and operational performance metrics.
• Implement security controls, access management, encryption and compliance-focused infrastructure practices.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity and resilience initiatives across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues and continuously improve service delivery.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in DevOps or Software Engineering.
• Strong experience with public cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration and cloud-native technologies.
• Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g. Clojure, TypeScript, Python).
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure automation, configuration management and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience monitoring, troubleshooting and optimizing distributed systems in production environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code platforms.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus or similar solutions.
• Experience designing and supporting highly available, client-facing cloud architectures.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, security best practices and enterprise infrastructure standards.
• Experience supporting business continuity planning and disaster recovery programs.
• Relevant cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps or security certifications.
