Full Stack Developer

Overview

Senior Full Stack Developer focused on front-end work, building and maintaining customer CRM integrations and ensuring compatibility with latest CRM CTI APIs.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain customer CRM integrations and existing codebases.
• Resolve bugs and implement new features for CRM CTI API compatibility.
• Contribute as part of an agile team delivering a scalable, highly available global voice platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leaders, and Test Engineers.
• Apply performance, scalability, and reliability best practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support the production environment using DevOps principles.
• Design, develop, debug, and implement solutions using JavaScript, Java, Spring, and related technologies.
• Develop unit and functional test coverage and produce technical documentation.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of industry experience in front-end development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React).
• 3+ years of Java backend experience with deep knowledge of Spring frameworks.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performing microservices with REST APIs.
• Strong expertise in web development technologies including HTML and CSS and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure.
• Expertise in server-side technologies and databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of real-time communications (SIP, RTP, etc.).
