Senior IT Consultant Provider Strategy & Management - CTBC

Overview

Act as the primary interface between the organization and third-party IT infrastructure providers, ensuring high-quality services at best value while aligning with IT leadership and service teams.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary interface with a defined set of third-party service providers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with service providers.
• Define and execute provider sourcing strategy, including TCO and strategy fit assessments.
• Coordinate sourcing activities, optimizations, and projects such as tenders and negotiations.
• Monitor provider performance and ensure compliance with KPIs.
• Manage escalations and drive timely resolution of provider issues.
• Provide regular management reports on provider performance, issues, improvements, and financial tracking.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of related experience managing service providers.
• Proven experience in IT and service provider management with operational models.
• Experience with supplier performance management processes.
• Proven experience defining strategies and driving them into implementation.
• Hands-on experience with M365 tools/dashboard skills.
• Experience interfacing with Controlling, Purchasing, and Accounting via commercial processes and guidelines.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (data center, storage, virtualization, networking) and ability to identify technology trends.
