Overview

Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Head of Talent Acquisition) to lead and scale hiring in India, partnering with senior leaders and managing recruiting teams.

What you'll do

• Lead and shape India hiring strategy with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Develop the India recruiting team, including 2–5 recruiters and a Recruiting Manager for ops/volume hiring.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership with market insights and hiring counsel.
• Establish structured, data-informed interview processes and decision frameworks.
• Partner with Finance and HR to forecast headcount and hiring timelines.
• Personally execute high-impact Director-level searches and sensitive leadership hires.
• Own industry and university recruitment strategy for India by building pipelines and relationships.
