Overview

Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Head of Talent Acquisition) to lead hiring in India, driving recruiting strategy, team leadership, and senior-level search execution.

What you'll do

• Lead and shape India hiring strategy with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Develop and manage the India recruiting team, including recruiters and a Recruiting Manager for ops/volume hiring.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to VP/SVP-level leaders with market insights and hiring counsel.
• Set up structured, data-informed interview processes and decision frameworks.
• Partner with Finance and HR to forecast headcount and hiring timelines.
• Execute high-impact Director-level searches and sensitive leadership hires as needed.
• Own industry and university recruitment strategy for India by building pipelines and relationships.
