Overview
Senior NPI Infrastructure Engineer responsible for verifying the quality and production readiness of test and assembly infrastructure at a manufacturing site in Bac Ninh Province.
What you'll do
- Inspect incoming jigs, fixtures, and test stations for quality.
- Execute First Article Inspection for new and revised production jigs and fixtures.
- Audit production lines for infrastructure conformance.
- Visit suppliers to conduct quality and readiness audits.
- Coordinate with Israel-based NPI Infrastructure teams on scope, timelines, and issues.
- Drive production readiness and support site ramp-up.
- Close quality risks, deviations, and non-conformances with local contract manufacturers.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production infrastructure, or quality environments.
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with FAI, quality audits, or production line qualification.
- Ability to lead tasks independently from initiation to closure.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel to contract manufacturer and supplier sites.
Nice to have
- Contract manufacturer management experience in a production environment.
- Familiarity with SMT, electro-mechanical assembly, or mechanical integration.
- Experience with PPAP or 8D quality methodologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Wrike, or AI tools.
Details
- Full-time position.
- On-site at the Foxconn Vietnam manufacturing facility in Bac Ninh Province.
- Travel is required as needed.
