Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Pega Developer / CDH Tech Lead for a Customer Decision Hub (CDH) program at Midland Credit Management.

What you'll do

• Design and implement integration solutions for Pega CDH applications.
• Configure background processing, queue processors, job schedulers, and FTP/SFTP connections.
• Implement secure integrations using OAuth 2.0 and scoped authorization.
• Own Primary Schedule runs and optimize decisioning data flows and Interaction History capture.
• Enable real-time decisioning and event-driven orchestration via Kafka/Stream/DDS.
• Develop and consume REST APIs within Pega with transformations and error mapping.
• Lead CDH technical reviews, estimates, backlog prioritization, and developer mentoring.

What you'll need

• Deep expertise required in Pega PRPC and CDH decisioning and enterprise integrations.
• CSA, CSSA, and CPDC certifications are mandatory.
• LSA is preferred.
• Experience with real-time and batch Next-Best-Action (NBA) and NBA containers.
• Ability to implement PRPC advanced rules such as Activities, Connectors, Decisioning Rules, and reporting.
• Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC security, encryption, secrets management, and audit/compliance.
