Senior Software Engineer - Angular, Cloud

Overview

Build and maintain scalable SaaS web applications and reusable UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks, with a focus on performance, usability, and code quality.

What you'll do

• Develop and extend SaaS application portal UIs.
• Design and maintain APIs required by the UI layer with the API team.
• Build scalable, performant, testable features.
• Develop reusable UI component libraries.
• Maintain architecture and source-code documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and distributed teams.
• Troubleshoot system problems and customer issues.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue and state management fundamentals.
• Experience building reactive front-end applications using RxJS and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, NPM, Webpack, bundling, minification, and optimization.
• Knowledge of HTTP and REST API integration.
• Experience with testing, continuous integration, deployment, and operations automation.
• Experience with backend frameworks such as .NET Core or Node.js.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience building single-page applications with HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and JavaScript.
• Experience building responsive web applications.
• Experience building progressive web applications.
• Experience with internationalization and localization practices.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Hybrid work arrangement.
• Expected to work at a Rockwell location on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless attending a business obligation elsewhere.
