Senior Specialist

Overview

Full-stack .NET developer role to design, develop and support scalable web applications, working with cross-functional Agile teams across the full SDLC.

What you'll do

• Analyze business requirements and user stories to design, develop and maintain web applications using .NET technologies.
• Understand business processes and translate functional needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects and development teams to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Ensure application stability, performance and availability through DevOps-driven development and support practices.
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) following industry standards and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams to deliver solutions effectively and on time.
• Lead, mentor and guide junior developers on technical excellence, coding standards and best practices.
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software solutions.
• Take ownership of deliverables and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to maintaining reliable, secure and scalable application platforms.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development.
• Hands-on experience with React/Angular, jQuery, CSS, ASP.NET Core MVC (.NET), C# and Entity Framework/Dapper.
• Strong expertise in relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with version control systems including Git, Bitbucket and GitLab.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab Runners and JIRA.
• Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and AI-driven workflows, including AI agents, task automation, tool/API orchestration and AI-assisted software development processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and eager to learn emerging technologies and industry trends.
