Senior / Staff Product Manager, Financial Products

Overview

Senior Product Manager, Financial Products driving strategic market expansion for Motive’s Spend Management offering and ownership of product execution for Motive Card entry into new sectors and markets.

What you'll do

• Define the long-term product vision and MVP for Motive Card expansion into new sectors and markets.
• Conduct customer research, define ICPs, and outline the feature set for adoption.
• Build the product strategy and roadmap with stakeholders to introduce Motive Card into new sectors and/or international geographies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and execute the roadmap.
• Define metrics, business requirements, goals, and user stories.
• Own and maintain product documentation including PRDs, wireframes, and process flows.
• Serve as primary product SME for expansion initiatives and support Sales and Business Development.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of product management experience (B2B/Fintech is a plus).
• Direct experience launching products into new, complex, or regulated sectors, or significant 0-to-1 product development experience.
• Customer empathy and ability to conduct customer discovery and market analysis.
• Data-driven approach using data and metrics to support assumptions and product decisions.
• Technical knowledge to understand platform capabilities and dependencies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with remote teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in an agile product development environment is essential.
