Job description
Overview
Senior Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack) role focused on designing, debugging, and improving software systems, with ownership of large components and technical leadership across multiple teams.
What you'll do
- Design, code, and debug software.
- Improve performance of existing software and maintain/upgrade systems.
- Investigation and resolution of software issues.
- Own large components and set product direction.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of 3–4 individuals.
- Collaborate with testing teams on performance test plans.
- Support product specifications and requirements development.
What you'll need
- 13 years of experience in Java development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Spring Boot.
- Experience with microservices.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or related field).
