Overview

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment and support hiring across CC&L Financial Group and its affiliates.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment by partnering with hiring managers globally.
• Develop sourcing strategies using channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and social media.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the organization.
• Manage hiring manager experience through regular feedback and frequent communication.
• Track and review TA metrics to maintain hiring performance.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of TA data and support a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate to optimize hiring processes across the hiring lifecycle.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience owning the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization (asset).
• Experience using sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other TA platforms.
• Comfort working in a data-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational/time-management skills.
• Team mentality with openness to collaboration and feedback.

Details

• Hybrid work model, requiring 3 days/week in the Gurugram office.
• Shift: 11:00AM to 8:00PM.
