What you'll do

• Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using engineering tools and methods.
• Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements and integration approaches.
• Promote code quality through participation in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
• Implement unit testing practices to improve design, readability, and reliability.
• Lead or supervise a team’s work by allocating requirements and coordinating resources.

What you'll need

• Strong hands-on experience as an SDET/Automation Engineer with a focus on test automation over manual testing.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java (preferred) or similar OO languages.
• Experience with UI automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium.
• Strong understanding of test automation design patterns, test data management, and reporting.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Strong knowledge of Shift Left testing, test pyramid, and continuous testing practices.
• Ability to collaborate with developers to influence quality at code and design level.
