Software Engineer, Java Full Stack

Overview

Software Engineer (Java Full Stack) to build Rimini Street’s Agentic ERP Platform, supporting AI agents that interact with legacy ERP systems and delivering features across backend, AI integration, and frontend.

What you'll do

• Design and develop backend services in Java using Quarkus, including MCP servers and REST APIs.
• Build integrations connecting AI agents to enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards).
• Create data access layers in PostgreSQL, including pgvector similarity search.
• Develop AI agent components in Python and integrate with LLM services via LiteLLM gateway.
• Build frontend user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.
• Implement resilience patterns and participate in engineering practices such as reviews and testing.

What you'll need

• 3.5+ years of professional software engineering experience in full stack development.
• Strong backend development experience with Java (Java 11+); Quarkus or Spring Boot experience.
• Working proficiency in Python for building services or scripts.
• Frontend experience with Angular (v14+), TypeScript, and modern CSS (Tailwind/SCSS/CSS-in-JS).
• Experience with PostgreSQL and RESTful API/microservices design.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
